Booking terms
The rules of engagement
Arrival. Please arrive fifteen minutes before your slot. Late arrivals shorten the game; more than fifteen minutes late and we may need to give the room to the next booking.
Cancellations. Free up to 48 hours before. Inside 48 hours we charge half. Reschedules are always free if there’s another slot we can move you to.
Age. Players must be 12 or over. Under-16s need an adult in the room.
Safety. Rooms have an emergency unlock from the inside. Tell the host before you start about any claustrophobia, mobility needs, or photosensitivity - all our rooms can be played with the strobes off.
